SunOpta will also donate 60 copies of the film and book to the Halton public and Catholic school boards and has funded the development of a teachers' package designed to educate students on sustainable principles and practices. If successful, the program will be expanded to other school boards across Canada. There will be a discussion on conservation, sustainable agriculture and energy efficiency led by Harry "Skid" Crease of EcoNexus and Peter Love, Chief Conservation Officer of Ontario. Students will also be encouraged to submit their own sustainable ideas for their community.
