Much loved and loving wife of Ray and supermom to Spencer. Jennifer is survived by her mother Sharon (Haugen), father Mike and sisters Amanda Rogers and Jody Jackson. Jennifer was very brave and courageous during her six week stay in hospital and once she was told she would not get better she planned her own funeral, selecting her casket, dress and the music she wanted to be played at the ceremony. Jennifer had seven wonderful bonus years after receiving a life saving transplant at Toronto General Hospital. Thank you to Toronto General Hospital for changing lives and keeping dreams alive every day. Although Jennifers' organs were not suitable for donation she certainly donated a piece of her heart to everyone who knew and loved her. Jennifer was a wife, a mother, a daughter, an aunt, a sister and a niece and most of all a friend to many people. Jennifer made me a husband and a father and I am forever grateful to have shared 23 years with one of the kindest, sweetest and beautiful woman in the world. "In our hearts forever, she was our everything." Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown, 905-877-3631 on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, 60 Guelph Street, Georgetown on Saturday June 16th, 2007 at 11:00 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown. In memory contributions to Toronto General Hospital (Organ Transplant Unit) or the Georgetown Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
