"(The family) had trouble getâ€" ting out of the house because the fire was trying to get oxygen and it was taking all the oxygen from the house. They couldn‘t get out and the women really had to yank on the door," Peters said. About 10 children had attended the party given by the family for the 11â€"yearâ€"old girl.
