In February 1991, the Ministry of the Environment ordered the compaâ€" ny to install a baghouse to control its stack emissions. The company appealed the decision, resulting in the Environmental Appeal Board hearing which began last October. To date, the board has met a total of 19 times to deal with evidence, witness testimony and arguments from the company, MOE and area citizens.
