The scam â€" which police say may have been running for a year â€" operate out of the Indian Express Foreign Exchange Corporation on Traders Blvd. Police say the company opened last year and advertised extensively in the ethnic media promising to transfer funds to India within 24 hours. Investigators have since found that as many as 200 people may have used the company, but it is unlikely any money was ever forâ€" warded to India.
