On Saturdays and Sundays, training rides originate from the Cyclepath bike shop on Speers Rd. Information seminars, featuring the occasional guest speaker, are held monthly at Glen Abbey Recreation Centre. For the more social types, there are the Sunday cycling tours, which also start at Cyclepath. The longest tour last year was a trip to Niagara- onâ€"theâ€"Lake--about 160 kmâ€"-although Adams says the average distance is between 40 and 50 km.
