Soccer club launches fund-raiSing drive Oakville Soccer Club is stepping up its fund-raising efforts toward construction of its new indoor ath- letic complex. _ "We can't go any further until we get more funds," said fund-raising spokesman Phil Iafrati. Construction on the $4 million state-of-art indoor soccer pitches at Shell Park was to begin this spring. But the club is still facing a short- fall and is hoping to raise between $600,000 and $1 million with the latest drive.
