"I can't remember a time when I wasn't gardening," she admits. I started as a child in my mother's gar- den, and I remember loving it even then." Over the years, she has pol- ished her skills through courses at the University of Guelph and the Royal Botanical Gardens, as well as working as a florist during her uni- versity years. Liza believes that in order for gar- dening advice to be effective, it has to be luilor-made for the individual garden. "l believe people aren't being served well by traditional gar- dening columns." she suggests.
