INTERCOASTAL PIPE LINE: THE MILLGROVE TO MILTON SEGMENT Interprovincial Pipe Line System Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta and ANR Pipeline Company of Detroit, Michigan (ANR) have jointly undertaken to develop a new international natural gas transportation system in Ontario and Michigan, to be known as the InterCoastal Pipe Line project. Interprovincial Pipe Line Inc.
