So good luck in your new role as Prime Minister. The reality is that you are between a rock and a hard place. Our country has some very large issues to address but not much economic flexibility. After all, we compete against other countries therefore we need a competitive advantage. So far so good. Solve the unemployment problem by providing better training and research and development. What good is a work force that is not fully employed? Unemployed workers don‘t earn an income therefore they don‘t pay taxes. Plus the require financial assistance. It‘s like a doubleâ€"edged sword. Employment would be an important issue. Or should I say unemployment. Consider this hypothetical situation as your chance to decide how you would run the country. When the election is called you can compare your political solutions to those of the politicians. f ssume that you have a new job. You‘re the Prime Minister of Canada. Your objective is to run the country well. Reâ€"election is not a concern. Getting economy on track no easy task for new PM Two corporate mascots met to spread the United Way message.
