Rosé perfect summer wine If there is such a thing as a perfect summer wine, the distinction surely must go to those wines which we simply call "Rose." Yet in spite of our hot and humid summers, in a nation unable to exist without the eternal barbecue, rose wines enjoy very little success. There are many reasons for the wine‘s dismal showing.
