Police chief $ ' in hospital with C‘HRTISTM AS Halton Police Chief James Harding is in Burlington hospital battling a case of pneumonia. Harding, who has diabetes, sufâ€" fered a mild heart attack in November, of last year, and was off for seven weeks. he spent one week in intensive care. "We‘re hoping he is going to recover fully," said Martin. "He‘s quite ill," said Martin. "He‘s going to be off for an indeterâ€" minate amount of time."
