This abridged production of the Nutcracker is 75 minutes long and provides a nice introduction to dance for young children. And just for sheer zaniness, Jim Jackson combines the best of theâ€" atre and circus with his funny jourâ€" ney through a fantastic playground of tightropes, teetertotters, unicyâ€" cles and rolling globes. There‘s also Theatre 5s pantoâ€"production of Puss in Boots for Christmas fun. A continuing feature of the series is the Bring a Buddy Bonus which is designed to encourage all theatre lovers to introduce a friend to the theatre. Just pick three or more shows in either the fall or winter series (or both) and the Children‘s Centre will throw in an extra ticket to one of the Bring a Buddy Shows.
