The individual was told by another man that he could buy a case of cigarettes â€" worth approximately $2,900 say police â€" for $400. The dupe gave the man his money and drove him to a restaurant near North Service Road West and Dorval Drive. As the victim waited outside, the dealâ€"maker entered the rear door after which it‘s believed he walked through the eatery and right out the front door. Halton Regional Police are on the lookout for a white man with blonde hair whose name may or may not be Brad. Two teenaged thieves got more than they bargained for recently when they tried to rob a Queen Mary Drive man‘s car. The man noticed the pair ransacking his car, which was parked in the underground parking garage of his apartment building, nabbed them in the act and held them until police could be summoned. Both Oakville boys, aged 15 and 13, were charged with theft under $1,000 and will appear in Oakville youth court Jan. 26th. Man out $400 in cigarette scam Teen thieves held by car owner coroutP BQLA mmYOOD <S Dec. 26. 1993
