Currently, 21% of all 15 to 19 years olds (male and female) and about 35% of all 20 to 24â€"yearâ€"olds smoke. "‘From 1981 to 1990, regular smokâ€" ers aged 15 to 19 and 20 to 24 decreased the amount they smoked considerably," states the NCTH survey.
