Jan. 26, 1994 Based on the number of times an Oakville area muffler shop has been broken into, it appears someâ€" one does not yet understand there is often little money left in the building during the night. The Midas Muffler Shop at 230 Speers Rd. was broken into for the second time this year during the night of Jan. 14th to 15th. It was the fifth time in the last 12 months a bay door window or the rear door has been the point of entry in every case. While there is usually little stolen, consistently replacing winâ€" dows and locks can be expensive. Halton Police have solved two of the entries, but need help solvâ€" ing the two so far this year and one in January 1993. If you have any information that leads to an arrest in this or any other case, you may be eligiâ€" ble for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
