Pool staff mark end of summer At the end of summer wrapâ€"up meeting for 1994 summer pool staff, one deserving staff member will be honored with the 1994 Toni Wright Leadership Award. Each August, the prestigious award is presented to a staff memâ€" ber who has demonstrated a high degree of leadership in the aquatic field above and beyond the call of duty. The award is based on a nomiâ€" nee‘s aquatic qualifications, public relations skills, their capacity to motivate staff and their involvement in extraâ€"curricular activities. A candidate displaying all of these qualities is honored for having helped to improve the overall aquatâ€" ic working environment.
