Hospital launches new Asthma Education Centre Oakvilleâ€"Trafalgar Memorial Hospital has just opened its Asthma Education Centre for asthâ€" ma sufferers and their families. Through education and hands on practice, the centre aims to have asthmatics take control of their condition and optimize the quality of their lives. Asthma â€" always a common condition â€" has become epidemic in the last 30 years. It is estimated that 20% of children and 10% of adults are affected by asthma.
