These include calling for an Oakvilleâ€"wide boycott of all Petro Canada products or pursuing legal action. The ratepayers group cited the recent Environmental Appeal Board decision which criticized St. Lawrence Cement for footâ€"dragging, lack of preparation in event of excess emissions, incomplete testing and other details concerning production operation. Jordan said the ratepayers group is currently focussing on the municipal election and probably would not reach a decision on whether to replace Moore before December. _Flyon admitted a solution to the refinery‘s odor emissions might not be possible.
