But you won‘t need an instrument â€" you‘ll need a computer. Boyd is featured on a new CD ROM from Crescendo called the Music Game. This Canadianâ€"made product teaches music by making theory fun. Since moving to the movie capital of the world, Boyd has met Robert Redford and Warren Beatty; both have expressed interest in her musical writing and performâ€" ing talents for their future film proâ€" jects. Oakville audiences can look forâ€" ward to a rich and full musical proâ€" gram, Sunday. The evening‘s offerâ€" ings include works by Piotr, Panin, Sor, Bach, and Boyd herself. She will also be performing pieces she transcribed from piano to the guitar, by 19th century composer, Louis Gottschalk. She plans to perform Cuban composer, Ernesto Lechona‘s Malaguena. When she last perâ€" formed in Cuba at the Havana Opera House, she saved this numâ€" ber as her last. Right in the middle of the piece, the entire city experiâ€" enced a black out.
