Given the years of negotiâ€" ation and compromise between the Genstar Development Company and the Trafalgar Chartwell Residents Association (TCRA), Crossland had no patience for this lastâ€"minute fly in the ointment. "As far as I‘m concerned we can‘t spoonâ€"feed the ratepayers any longer," said Crossland, adding that it was incumbent: upon Livesey to show up at Friday‘s hearing or at least send a represenâ€" tative.
