Ottawa 5, Oakville 2: Oakville penalties were the downfall as Ottawa scored four of their five goals on the power play. Scott Piotrowsky and Ryan Wetherty tallied for the locals with Tyson White and Richard Hodgkinson assisting. Oakville 3, Rideau 2: Oakville came from behind with Andrew Elgar, Wetherly and Piotrowsky scoring for the Rangers. Gavin Milligan and Paul Varterewssian collected assists. Oakville 4, Nepean 2: Oakville played one of their best games of the season to soundly defeat the host team, but fell one half point short of qualifying for the‘ finals. Travis Sutherland notched a pair of goals while Piotrowski and Wetherly each potted their third goals of the tournament to round out the scoring.
