Each year hundreds participate in the LIFE Hike and 5K Fun Run to celebrate life and raise funds to protect our good health. LIFE Hike proceeds support the Canadian Foundation for Infectious Diseases (CFID). This year's LIFE Hike will be held on Saturday, June 10 at Lions Valley Park.
