BIG BANG: The bang of Thursday morning's explosion at the Coin-Op Car Wash on Speers Road at Third Line turned out to be worse than its bang.After all, the only casualty of the 10 a.m. event was a damaged plastic pail.That said, the Oakville Fire Department (OFD) was out in force after a Jempac employee on a smoke break outside next door heard the explosion and called 911.When interviewed at the scene, car wash owners Bill and Lance Mueller were thankful no one was hurt. "We don't know what happened. We were told there was a large explosion," said Bill. "It could have been worse, maybe I could have been in there or he could have been in there." Added Lance: "We saw smoke coming out and flames coming out of the pit so we just poured some water on it and then these guys (firefighters) got here.
