Join Richard Messer, BIA chair and the board of directors as they raise the Canadian flag in Heritage Square at noon. Oakville MPP Kevin Flynn will make opening remarks and initiate a cake-cutting ceremony. There will be live entertainment for both the young and the young at heart.
