The sanitary sewer component of the study is being conducted in compliance with Schedule B of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (June 2000). Following the December 8, 2005 Public Information Centre, the preferred alternative was reviewed in light of comments received and modified as required. Budding young author St. Andrew School Senior Kindergarten student Samantha Gale recently won the Young Author's Award from the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association (OECTA). Before winning the provincial award, the five-year-old won the Young Author's Award for the Halton Catholic District School Board. Here is Samantha's story: If my snowman was real he would be my friend. I would make ice cubes. I would make them for him. I would give him a scarf. I would give him a hat. I would fly with him. I would play with him. If he melted it would be okay because I would put part of him in the freezer and next year I would make it again.
