And the hearing, that was set to begin Aug. 9, was postponed until Oct. 16 to give all parties a chance to regroup. Originally the Town faced an estimated ninemonth, $13 million hearing when the North Oakville Management Inc. (NOMI) appealed to the OMB. By mid-June, however, the Town announced it had reached agreement on key issues with about half of the NOMI group.
