His first chance to race the course nearly came to an end after about 16 seconds. Hinchcliffe avoided a first-turn crash at Sunday's Atlantic Championship race at the Grand Prix of Toronto and then survived another mishap on the opening lap on his way to a sixth-place finish. While it wasn't the Cinderella storyline of local racer wins his homecoming, Hinchcliffe was satisfied with his Toronto debut. "We had a pretty good finish," the 19"We had a pretty year-old said.
