"We are a group of concerned Oakville residents who have come together to stop the proposed tree bylaw," states a release issued earlier this week announcing the group's formation. NTBiN is headed by Oakville residents Ivor Davies, Doug Hauser and Glen Herring. The proposed bylaw is out for public consultation this summer -- unusual, but necessary if it's to be dealt with before the municipal election later this fall. The draft bylaw is on the Town's Web site at www.oakville.ca.
