W. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Present at the event were Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) representative Lindsay Williams, MPP Kevin Flynn's assistant Tania Barile, Mayor Ann Mulvale and Ministry of Community, Family and Children's Services representative Pamela Martindale-Nevins. OPCC's relocation and renovation would not have been possible without the generous financial support received from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, $100,000, the Ministry of Community, Family and Children's Services, $25,000 and community partners whose financial and in-kind donations totalled $125,000. OPCC is a registered charitable organization founded in 1980 that enables parents to introduce early learning to their children, to participate in activities with them and to learn about parenting in a supportive and friendly place.
