Patient Assistance Volunteers Required We are looking for sensitive, compassionate volunteers to help with the care and comfort of our patients. By volunteering for one morning a week, you can make a difference in our patients' lives by assisting with meals, supplies, companionship, and a variety of additional comfort measures. Our volunteers are an integral part of our nursing unit operations, assisting patients, families and staff with daily activities. Volunteers are also required for our Patient Transport team to assist in the transport of patients, x-rays and specimens throughout the hospital. Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Whether you have a healthcare background or simply an interest in the healthcare field, we offer a number of excellent opportunities for front-line experience - you'll love working with our patients!
