NOTICE OF STUDY COMPLETION Addendum to Class Environmental Assessment - Fourth Line, from Speers Road to the North Service Road. In 2004, the Town of Oakville completed a Class Environmental Assessment for improvements to Fourth Line, from Speers Road to the North Service Road. The Environmental Study Report was approved under the requirements of the Class Environmental Assessment process in August 2004. The Town is proposing revisions to the approved design, through the completion of an EA addendum, which involve: · Re-alignment of the North Service Road, east and west of Fourth Line to improve safety and road geometrics; Fourth Line; · Reconstruction of Fourth Line to five lanes, south of the re-aligned North Service Road, including a new five lane crossing of the QEW, and · Reconstruction of Fourth Line between the existing and realigned North Service Road to four lanes.
