Born at Oakville, he had been a Temagami resident for 32 years and a former teacher at New Liskeard Secondary School. Jack enjoyed woodworking, fishing and nature. He will be remembered as a gentle and generous person always willing to lend a hand. Jack will also be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour and quick wit. He is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Vivian Erwin. He is survived by his loving wife Edna; and children: Deborah [and Colin] Maclellan of Calgary and Larry [and JoAnne] Erwin of Hawkestone.
