Marinate sea bass in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp balsamic, half the garlic and a pinch of pepper. 2. Heat canola oil in large saucepan. Brown eggplant and with slotted spoon, remove from oil and put on a plate with paper towel to absorb extra oil. Brown zucchini and tomatoes the same way. 3. In a small mixing bowl put together the remaining olive oil, capers, garlic, basil, feta and balsamic vinager. Add the cooked vegetables and mix together. Put aside. 4. Grill sea bass until flaky.
