The church located at 262 Randall St. will host a Birthday Picnic on Sunday, May 27 in conjunction with Oakville's official 150th celebration. The picnic will be held on St. John's West lawn from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will include refreshments, a barbecue, historical tour and games for children. Also on the agenda for St. John's this year is an anniversary Worship Service and Lunch to be held Oct. 14 in the Sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. and featuring Rev. Gary Redcliffe. Lunch will be at 11:30 a.m. in Lusk Hall.
