Town staff exhibit hidden talent More than 80 pieces of art representing the "hidden" talents of staff who work for the Town of Oakville are set to be exhibited -- at Town Hall. The exhibit opens tomorrow (Thursday) with an official opening to take place between 6:30-8:30 p.m. Oakville Town Hall is located at 1225 Trafalgar Rd. The exhibit will be staged in the North Atrium. While the Town of Oakville regularly features works by local artists through its galleries and at Town Hall, this is the first art show to be comprised solely of artwork created by Town staff. The goal of the exhibition is to highlight the many "hidden" talents of staff members who may not be full-time artisans, but who make great cultural contributions nonetheless. Refreshments will be served. This event is sponsored by Art Works. Take advantage of the season's lowest prices and for a limited time we will pay the GST on all new AC systems.
