The club officially opened River Oaks Soccer Field, featuring a new all-weather artificial turf surface, Saturday at River Oaks Community Centre, and has plans to add a number of similar fields in the upcoming months. The surface, called Duo Field and supplied by FieldTurf Tarkett, is the latest innovation of the artificial turf that has been recently installed in a number of professional sporting venues, including Toronto's Rogers Centre and Hamilton's Ivor Wynne Stadium.
