Last year's cruise saw more than 215 guests sampling treats on the pier before boarding the Wayward Princess, sipping on martinis and heading out to sea ­ all for a good cause. The charity event is organized by Charterability to raise funds to help build a boat for people with disabilities or mobility challenges. This year, the Cruise for a Cause will once again take place on the Wayward Princess. The event will feature a dinner dance, pre-cruise treats on the pier including hors d'oeuvres, oysters, sushi and samosas. There will also be a wine tasting on board courtesy of Barefoot Wines and prizes to be won. Sponsors once again include Julia Ristorante, Coriander Green, Monfort Mediterranean Cuisine, Big Daddy's Crab Shack and Oyster Bar and other local companies.
