Offering little more than a collection of names, dates and places, Canadian history can have little appeal to the iPOD wielding, cell phone oriented youths of today, however despite these challenges two Oakville history teachers have been recognized for their roles in making history come alive for their students. Morden School, have been selected by Canada's National History Society to be finalists for the 2007 Governor General's Awards for Excellence in Teaching Canadian History.
