Beaver photographer Derek Woollam spent a day with three-year-old Logan Craig, who has cerebral palsy and was born with a cyst on his brain. Logan's identical twin brother, Lucas, does not have cerebral palsy. The obstruction on Logan's brain prohibits the delivery of critical messages which control muscle contraction and relaxation. The photos were taken at Logan's home and at the Erinoak treatment centre in Burlington. The treatment clinic offers a wide range of services and family supports to children and youth with multiple disabilities, complex disorders and speech delay.
