Lovitt broke the plane with a power run to the right side, gaining the necessary two yards to give the Bombers the lead. The Bombers' defense, led by Oliver Hanley, denied the TigerCats' last-ditch effort to tie the game. Will Hudson scored the Blue Bombers' other two touchdowns, one coming on an interception return. Girls age 9-12 can participate in an instructional program that will feature skill development drills as well as three-on-three games. The 10-week program will be held at Tansley Woods Recreation Centre, with the 9/10 age group's sessions running from 12:30-2 p.m. and the 11/12 group's sessions running from 2-3:30 p.m. Girls age 13-16 can compete in the house league season, which will also include a half-hour of instruction each week from HRVC coaches. Programs begin in January Grade 7-8 students will play Mondays at Sacred Heart School, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Grade 9-10 players will compete Wednesdays at Elizabeth Seton School, from 89:30 p.m. Both programs are scheduled to begin in January.
