Oakville's Sydney Davison provided the game-winning goal in the tournament final, breaking free of the Brockville Angels defenders to bank a shot off the post and past Angels netminder Danielle MacDonald with a minute remaining in overtime. It was the only goal of the contest, as Lia Widell stood tall in net for Oakville -- particularly early -- to record the shutout. The Hornets had killed a penalty earlier in the overtime, which would have been followed with a shoot-out had the game remained tied.
