Dec. 9. Oakville residents may be familiar with the OWO, which played in the summer evenings at Coronation Park, but is now moving indoors at Christmas. Oakville Christmas will be held Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic School, 2420 Sixth Line. The OWO will perform old time classics, memorable tunes from some class Christmas movies, and will also include a reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Joining the OWO will be the Chamber Choir of the Oakville Children's Choir. This group is comprised of a small select group of choristers from the Oakville Children's Choir who have attained higher levels of skill and musicianship. Tickets will also be available at the door. The Oakville Celtic Fiddle Club is hosting its first annual Christmas concert tomorrow. The 30-member club is under the direction of James Franczek.
