CABINET REFACING AFTER after Halton will ask for PST break The Region is asking the Province to give it and all other Ontario municipalities a tax break. At its meeting Wednesday, regional council passed a motion that calls on those at Queen's Park to fully exempt municipalities from paying PST, with the understanding that the savings would fund infrastructure requirements.
