Frank was preceded in death by his first wife Ann Fife in 1987. He will forever be cherished by his son Jeff and his wife Lorraine and their children Jamie, Robert and Heather and his daughter Elaine and her husband Greg Austin and their children Riley and Carley. He is also survived by his adoring wife Phyllis and her daughter Phyllis and grandson William in St Cloud, Florida. Family and friends in Canada and England will sorely miss him.
