P r e d e c e a s e d b y h e r p a r e n t s George and Blossom Hopson; sister Edith Randall; brother Bill Hopson, and husband Don Jackson. Survived by her sons Bruce (Mary) Jackson of L a n g l e y, B C ; D o u g ( P a t ) J a c k s o n o f Camlachie, ON; daughter Jean (Mike) Moseley of McBride, BC. Dollie will be greatly missed by her four grandsons; Morgan and Don Jackson; Gordon (Michelle) and John Moseley. A school teacher by profession, Dollie served overseas in England with her husband Don during WWII. Following the war, Dollie lived in Windsor, moving to Oakville to be part of the "Ford Family" in the early fifties. Grace was a long-time member of St. John's United Church in Oakville, and more recently, Camlachie United Church. Special thanks to Fiddick's Nursing and Retirement Home in Petrolia for their kind and thoughtful care of Mom in these last years. Dollie will be fondly remembered for her calm demeanor, her quiet determination and her unwavering love and support for all her family members. She loved animals, her creatures great and small, most especially her feathered friends. It was Dollie's wish to be cremated, and she will be buried next to her loving husband Don in Windsor, ON. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, sympathy donations may be made to the Camlachie United Church building fund.
