The Humboldt Broncos won the Canadian junior A hockey championship, blanking the Camrose Kodiaks 1-0 Sunday in front of 2,477 spectators at Cornwall's Ed Lumley Arena. Oakville's lone win in the tournament came against Humboldt, a 7-6 triumph Wednesday. The Blades went 1-3 in the round-robin and did not qualify for the playoff round.
