MOHA annual meeting next week Bookkeeper The Minor Oaks Hockey Association will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School. The meeting will feature elections for the positions of Vice President, House League; Vice President, Town Rep, and Directors. Members will also be asked to vote on a revised bylaw, which can be viewed on the association's website (www.moha.on.ca). Candidates for Vice President, House League are Tina Field and Wayne Moorehead. Candidates for Vice President, Town Rep include Nancy Brooks, Keith Murray and Marshall Snowball. A further nine to 11 directors (depending on who is elected to the VP positions) will also be chosen. Candidates include Domenic Amodeo, Kathy Argyros, Nancy Brooks, Ray Dube, Tina Field, Helen Ford, Joel Hawkins, Chuck MacGregor, Brian Metler, Ron Millichamp, Wayne Moorehead, Keith Murray, Debbie Sabatino, Claudio Serrao, Marshall Snowball and Zach Stewart. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Holy Trinity is located next to River Oaks Recreation Centre. MOHA is coming off a very successful rep season. The novice A, atom AE, atom AA, peewee AAA and minor atom AA Rangers won OMHA championships, while the atom A, peewee AA and bantam AE Rangers were OMHA finalists. The novice AAA, atom AAA and midget AAA squads won OMHA bronze medals, and the atom AA, peewee AAA and atom AAA teams were OHF finalists. MOHA also boasted four Tri-County champions.
