"The number 1 barrier people cite is time and you have to ask yourself why. We're going to create awareness on how people can build activity into their day." "There are educational workshops we are going to be doing for physicians to help them understand how to promote physical activity," said Marquis. "At these workshops, they'll be linked to physical activity providers, so that when someone comes into the doctor's office they can very easily tell people to go to the Pilates studio or to the Y(YMCA)."
