The shops donated 10 per cent of the sales to the schools identified by shoppers during School Day. LIESA KORTMANN / OAKVILLE BEAVER NEW STORE: Cobs Bread recently opened its second bakery in Oakville at the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre. On hand for the first day on the job at the new store were (l-r) Drew Duncan, Jeff Moseley, bakery manager, and Karen Frost. The new neighbourhood location at the corner of Upper Middle Road and Eighth Line will produce freshly baked items several times per day, seven days a week.The first Cobs Bread store was opened in downtown Oakville at 169 Lakeshore Rd. E. The store is the seventh Cobs bakery in Ontario.
